Use poor-quality ink or fill different batches of ink at will. Because of the use of poor quality inks and cleaning fluids, the mixing of different configurations of inks will change the color and quality of the ink. The poor quality inks will affect the printing effect and block the nozzles, and the poor quality cleaning fluids may corrode the nozzles.

The cleaning and maintenance of  the large format printer nozzles are not properly operated. For example, the nozzles are completely immersed in the cleaning liquid. The cleaning liquid is corrosive, so generally only take an appropriate amount into the nozzles for cleaning. In addition, leaving the cleaning fluid in the nozzle for too long will also cause problems in the nozzle. Soaking the cleaning fluid for a long time can remove stains more effectively. However, if the time exceeds 48 hours, it will affect the nozzle orifice.

Do not pay attention to protecting the circuit board and other internal systems when cleaning the nozzle. Please turn off the power when cleaning, and be careful not to let water hit the circuit board and other internal systems.

Use external force to adjust the nozzle position irregularly. Do not use brute force whether to replace or fine-tune the print head. Please treat the print head carefully in accordance with the specifications.

The use of the large format printer should pay attention to the influence of the power supply voltage and static electricity in the workplace on the print head. The voltage in the working environment is unstable, which will easily cause the operation of the printhead and the related power supply motherboard and circuit. At the same time, the printer is easily affected by static electricity during the printing process. Therefore, the machine must be grounded to discharge static electricity and check frequently Ground wire equipment connection status, regularly sprinkle a little salt water around the ground wire, etc.
